If a DAP (Delivery At Place) destination is selected (outside of the countries listed above), the price at the checkout excludes all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties and taxes directly to the carrier to release your order from customs. Unfortunately these cannot be estimated in advance, therefore we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority.

RETURNS

We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but in case you can return and request a refund for any item ordered within 14 days of the delivery date.
We offer free returns collection service for any purchases that meet our Returns Policy.
We inform you that the purchased items cannot be replaced or exchanged and, therefore, if you wish to change any product, you can make a return and proceed with a new order.

Items must be returned in their original condition, packaging and with original tags attached.
